Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right.

• A brief description of the issue
Requests sent after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
Custom & Personalized Jewelry
Custom items such as:

cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged once your order has been placed.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Dainty Drip is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier.
If you experience delivery issues, please contact your shipping carrier directly.
